Immediately, you should receive an email confirming details of your placed order, to review. If not, often it's in your Spam folder; otherwise, contact us to inquire.

Instantly, a follow-up email will also be sent with your Order Number and receipt for the purchase if it's paid by credit card. If cash were a qualified option chosen, then you would receive an " In Process" email with that detail.

If the E-transfer payment method was chosen. Then "On hold" email with Order number and exact E-transfer total with instructions would be emailed post Order confirmation email. Again, sometimes these emails can end up in Spam folders.

We provide two key notifications to ensure you're ready for your delivery:

1. The Day-Before Notification: On the evening before your scheduled delivery day, you will receive an email letting you know that "Your order is coming tomorrow!"

2. The Morning-Of Tracking Link: On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a final email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to see your driver's progress on a map in real-time, giving you the most accurate estimate of their arrival time.

To operate as efficiently and sustainably as possible, we have dedicated delivery days for different regions.

Weekly Deliveries:

Tuesdays: Calgary North
Wednesdays: Cochrane & Calgary South
Fridays: Airdrie & Chestermere

Periodic Deliveries:

Edmonton & Lethbridge: Deliveries are scheduled once every two weeks.
Canmore & Banff: Deliveries are scheduled once every three weeks.

We understand that you have a busy schedule. If you know you won't be home, please leave clear instructions in the "Order Notes" section at checkout (e.g., "Please leave on the front porch behind the pillar").

Our drivers are trained to take a proof of delivery photo of the box at your designated safe drop location to confirm that your order was delivered securely. For orders containing frozen or refrigerated items, we strongly recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs out to ensure your products remain at a safe temperature.

Someone must be available to receive the order upon delivery. We will establish a delivery schedule with you.

Deliveries are final because of health precautions.

$10 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Calgary.

$10 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Airdrie & Cochrane

$20 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Red Deer & Lethbridge.

$15 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Edmonton & Okotoks

$20 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Canmore and Banff.

Discounts or free delivery also available with further locations with increased purchase. 

Charges for Zone Grey (outside of any mentioned zones) depending on location is $1 / km

Also there's a $5 processing and handling fee applied to all orders

Yes, once you place your order, we will reach out to you prior to and on the day of pickup or delivery for arrangements.

Customer is fully responsible after 24 hrs of drop off.

Also $10/day for storage if delivery option is not chosen after 24 hrs of drop off.

For temperature sensitive issues and storage accommodations must be made when order is left overnight.

We prefer orders to be picked up within 12 hours, but 24 hrs is our maximum or the above will be applicable.

Location should be notified early as possible if order cannot be picked up same day.
