All of our Beef is aged the old-fashioned way, dry-aged and hung for 18–21 days. Please note, a Half Beef will feed a family of four for approximately one year.
*For custom bulk beef orders tailored to your specific needs, we offer portioning services beyond our standard packages. To ensure fairness and manage the extra handling involved, there’s a $20 charge per portion adjustment. This helps us maintain quality and equalize the variety of products within each package, despite their natural quantity variations.
We don’t have hidden costs such as cut fees and packaging fees like others; our price includes all other fees, such as cutting and wrapping. We like to be upfront.

We believe in Black Angus (Beef) without any Antibiotics or Hormones. Our cattle Graze the Pastures till Christmas, then we Feed them Homegrown Silage “which is fermented Barley” and also Grain Barley, for the Best Flavouring and Marbling.
Cattle are raised in pristine rangelands where they graze from the natural grasses of the prairies. When the time comes to finish them with high protein feed, we include local barley, ensuring superb marbling in every cut of beef.
