At the Hutterite Farm Exchange, we are committed to facilitating a marketplace built on trust and quality. Our Producers take great pride in the goods they offer. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.
Due to the nature of the products sold on our platform. All sales are considered final once the item has been picked up or delivered to and confirmed by the Buyer.
We encourage all Buyers to inspect their items at the time of pickup to ensure satisfaction.
While all sales are final, we understand that issues can arise. An exception to our no-refund policy will be made only in cases where a product has a clear and verifiable deficiency.
A “deficiency” is defined as:
A deficiency does not include matters of personal taste or preference (e.g., “I did not like the flavour”).
If you believe your item qualifies as deficient, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of your confirmed pickup time. Reports submitted after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for review.
